I'm a Nutrition Coach, CrossFit Level 2 Trainer, Yoga Teacher, the founder of WildKind Wellness, military wife for 20+ years and former Elementary School Teacher (18.5 yrs to be exact). Most importantly, I'm a wife, mom to 5 amazing kids, 1 incredible son in law, and 2 adorable pups! AND most importantly- I am Yia Yia (grandma) to the most beautiful little girl in the world and even more blessed because she lives with us along with her mom and dad! In 2022- I completed the Spartan Super 10K in Hawaii. I had so much fun training and pushing myself! I'm always looking for new things to try and step outside my comfort zone - because that is where we GROW! Life took us on some unexpected twist and turns in 2023/2024, but things are settling down and I'm on the look out for my next quest. I think it's important to give ourselves grace. We've all experienced the ups and downs of life (this past year has definitely challenged our family), made mistakes, had regrets, but we are all still here working to better. While I will never 💯 understand what you've been through - I do know stress- working 80hr weeks all while trying to manage a family and everything life. I'm always coming up with new ideas, and most of the time my head struggles to keep it all straight! I'll be honest, most days, at 54 (55 is creeping up), I feel like I'm too old to be figuring out all the constantly changing technology to keep growing this business. You see I grew up in the 80's (you know ~ the best decade there ever was!) I had a black and white TV, remember when we got our first VHS player, and was the one with a boombox in the backseat of my first car because the radio didn't work. I didn't have a cell phone until I was out of college (and back then it only called people). As an older online business owner~ I feel out of my comfort zone 99% of the time, but YOU (yes YOU- the one reading this) push me to learn more and keep striving to grow! I want nothing more in life than to see all women reach their potential. To wake up feeling great each day both physically & mentally.
