Welcome to the Variety Pack Program, team!



Note that this program is the Intermediate to Advanced 6 Week Variety Pack. If you are a beginner, please see our Beginner's Series Variety Pack.


I am really excited about this one, as it's a bit different compared to all of the other programs. This program is High Intensity, mixed with some Sculpting and Toning, and you may just find the odd "Chipper" in there!


This Variety pack is tailored to Intermediate to Advanced Trainees, who:

  • Want to work hard and burn calories!
  • Maybe you've just coming off a strength based program and are looking for a different style of training and higher intensity to now shred.
  • Maybe you're someone who wants variety in their day to day programs and you struggle to do the same workouts a few weeks in a row.
  • Or perhaps you just want to have a bit of fun and jump into a variety of different workouts that keep you guessing day to day!

For those of you who are struggling with motivation for workouts, this is a great one as most of the workouts are 30-40 mins, in and out. Plus it's 3 days a week and a "Player's Choice", which means that you get a bit more R&R (rest & recovery) compared to some of the strength programs.


Weekly Expectation:

  • 3 Days/ Week of Programmed Workouts (Ranging from strength, toning, HIIT and Core workouts: 30-45mins/workout). 
  • 1X Players Choice: You choose- Running, Sport, On Demand Workout, Swimming, Playing tag with the kids- do you! 

Equipment: 2 X Dumbbells.

(Optional Equipment: Bench, Barbell, Weight Plates, Chin Up Bar, Kettlebell, Plyo Box). There are ALWAYS alternative exercises for movements that have this equipment, so not to worry if you don't have it all! Most of this program is based around a set or two of dumbbells).

  2. Personalized Calendar: structures your workouts for you & gives you the ability to swap workout days to suit YOUR lifestyle.
  3. Change Fitness App Access: upload progress photos, body metrics (weight, body fat percentage and more), your own food Journal & Cronometer Integration to track your macros & calories.
  4. Apple Health & Google Fit Integration to track steps.
  5. Ability to track any extra workouts you do (I.e. Hockey scrimmage, wakeboarding, mountain biking, etc).
  6. Countdown Feature: for tracking specific goals and timeframes around completion dates.


What is not included?

  1. Access to individual coaching services.

* Note: You will have access to the Change Fitness app and your 6 week program for 12 weeks after your purchase date. This allows for ample amounts of time to complete the program, however, if more time is required due to unforeseen circumstances, you may speak with Steph to extend your dates :)

Meet Stephanie, the Founder of Change Fitness. Steph is a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach, Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, and has a background in nutritional behaviour support. Steph's career has led her from the Australian Coast, to the East Coast waters of Canada, and back to the mountainous ranges of beautiful BC. Steph has worked in boutique personal training studios, boxing gyms and strength and conditioning studios, with her most recent endeavor being creating Change Fitness, where she continues to work in studio and virtually with clientele all around the world. Steph's expertise in coaching ranges anywhere from HIIT, Strength, Aerobic and Anaerobic Focused Training, Run Training, CrossFit workouts, Stretching, and mindfulness meditations. Steph take's a holistic approach when it comes to training her clients. She educates clients on the supporting pillars of optimal training: movement, nutrition, sleep, recovery, gut health, hormone homeostasis, injury prevention and a healthy mindset. Success to Steph is achieving balance in both fitness of the mind and body.
