"Snow Fit” is a 12-week online home strength training program designed exclusively for skiers and snowboarders. This comprehensive and periodized strength program is meticulously crafted to enhance your strength, stability, and endurance, tailored to the unique demands of the mountain environment.

Whether you're a seasoned enthusiast or a passionate beginner, Coach Tina’s expertly designed program caters to all levels of fitness. Each week introduces progressive workouts, ensuring a gradual yet powerful enhancement of your overall strength and agility. From dynamic leg exercises to core-stabilizing routines, “Snow Fit” covers every aspect crucial for conquering the mountain with confidence.
You will need a few sizes of dumbbells, resistance bands, mini bands, exercise ball, a plyo box, cooler or step. This is a 4 days per week program, which includes a dynamic warm up and cool down to improve mobility and flexibility. Each workout should take you 45-60 minutes to complete.
Tina Meinhardt
Tina is a licensed physical therapist with previous background as a personal trainer and sports performance coach (since 2002) prior to receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2015 from Mount St. Mary's University in Los Angeles. She has trained clients from all ages and fitness backgrounds and is available by appointment. She recently received the CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certificate in October 2023, which she uses to help create effective strength and conditioning programs for her clients, to not only excel in their sport but in daily life.
