A 12 Week Functional Program
This is a 12-week functional training program designed to help you to become an all-around athlete in the gym!
Workouts are split into strength, metcon and accessory to ensure we're working for all-around fitness. Expect to see your strength increase, your cardio capacity rise and your body become more athletic!
This program consists of 4 training sessions per week, split into upper/lower.
To take part in this program you should be confident with a barbell.
