  • 1 Monthly 60-Minute Meeting: Stay on track and inspired with a monthly session to review your progress, spark motivation, work through a training session, dial in technique, and make any necessary adjustments. (Note: Sessions do not roll over, so make sure to take full advantage of them each month.) ($120 value)
  • 4 Weeks of Custom Programming: Receive expertly crafted training plans tailored to your unique path, ensuring you build consistent strength and resilience throughout winter’s chill. ($250 value)
  • Technical Feedback: As you learn technique, send videos and get feedback from Tiffany throughout the month. Plus get live feedback during our monthly meetings.
