FOUNDATION OF PROGRAMMING: how we do it
- Our programs are designed to improve health and every part of your life (i.e. physical, mental, emotional).
- In every consultation you will be guided through a movement assessment to spot potential muscle imbalances and adjust your program as needed.
- We use measurements of Resting Heart Rate, Maximum Strength, Strength Endurance, and Cardio to test your baseline and track improvements.
- Every program is rooted in 5 functional movement patterns of human beings:
- Squat
- Push-up or Chest Press
- Deadlift
- Pull-up or Row
- Overhead Press
Exercise should be SIMPLE. We believe a fit and healthy body can be achieved with three 30 minute sessions per week if that’s all you have available. We also recognize that resistant training is a tool that can relieve stress and be used as a time to reflect on where you are and where you want to go.
