The Hybrid House Training plan is not a template plan. It's progressing with you throughout the year. The plans are overseen by all 3 HHT coaches and are updated weekly.


We focus on classic strength progressions for compound movements, and mix in body building and muscular endurance, while balancing your running and metcon work specific to hybrid racing.


The beginner, intermediate, and elite plan differ in weekly time spent training and movement technicality. All plans have the same goal but have slightly different ways of getting you there based on your experience level.
