Freya has a background as an athlete in basketball and tennis. She has been a strong advocate for health and wellness in the community for almost a decade. She began a career path as a personal trainer back in 2017 by helping men and women with their fitness goals. During the pandemic she became officially certified as a personal trainer and certified nutritionist through International Sports Sciences Association. Since then she has curated online programs specializing in body recomposition as well as weight loss plans and building an hourglass curvy shape that has helped hundreds of women and men in multiple regions of the United States and overseas. Helping men and women achieve their dream body has always been a passion for Freya.
