This is a monthly subscription service which gives you full access to our entire library of “on demand” training programs accompanied by direct “in app” messaging as well as video form feedback.
Every program has personalized detailed form videos for every workout within each program. The ability levels range from beginner, intermediate and advanced. So whether you’re just starting out or have been around the gym for years — there is a program for you! We’ve also provided in depth explanation to give you the ability to make sessions more or less challenging.
If you don’t have gym equipment there are “at home” options to get you started on your health and fitness journey no matter the circumstances.
We have programs which cover joint health (knee, shoulder, back, ankle, etc.), simple walking programs, powerlifting, speed and power, full body strengthening and more!
Again, you will have the ability to send over form videos as well as message questions anytime during the workout. With the exception of weekends, some holidays and planned times off (which you will be made aware of) — coach Joe will personally respond to your form videos and questions within 24 hours.
PLEASE NOTE: This subscription is a month by month auto-renewing subscription. There is no long-term contract and you can cancel anytime you’d like. However, if you do not cancel before the renewal date, no refund will be issued. If you cancel in the middle of a billing cycle, you will still have access for the remainder of that cycle, but will not receive any refund. At the end of your paid subscription time, you will no longer have access to the programs and coaching.

Joe Buys
What's up everyone!? My name is Joe Buys, I'm 40 years old and have been a fitness professional since 2012. I'm a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and am co-owner of Buys Family Fitness with my wife Tatiana. We have two kids and live in the Pacific Northwest. I'm also a huge proponent of the ATG "Knees Over Toes" pain-free movement philosophy, speed training and have a strong foundation in powerlifting movements. I've competed in various USPA powerlifting meets with personal bests in the squat, bench and deadlift at 440 lbs, 292 lbs and 584 lbs; respectively. I'm a native of Ionia, Michigan and have been in the gym, on the field or running up and down the hardwood as long as I can remember. Prior to becoming a strength and conditioning coach in 2012, I was a 3-sport athlete in basketball, football and baseball in high school and played a year of NAIA basketball for Aquinas College in 2003-04. In 2005 I suffered a complete ACL tear and reconstruction which has led me on a journey to not only rebuild the body, but also look to find ways to prevent injury as well as improve movement to a pain-free level and increase athleticism. I have a deep-rooted enthusiasm for constant learning and holistic health practices. Whether it be quality nutrition through food choices, vitamin sources and other micronutrients, or making sure you're getting adequate sleep — I understand it's not a quick fix, it’s a transformation. I also recognizes that regardless of age, gender or starting point, the approach is the same: consistency and sustainability reign supreme. No matter if you’re trying to perform at a high level within a sport, finding time to train around your hectic work schedule, staying fit as a new parent or chasing your grandkids around, I'm here to help!
