Shred: 4-Week Challenge

The program includes:
- Workouts: 4 weight training and 1 cardio focused day per week with video demos for you to follow along for each workout. Designed for weekly progression and optimal fat burning.
- Custom calorie count: designed just for you with macronutrient recommendations.
- Recipes: Macro-friendly recipe book with all recipes in MyFitnessPal database, and a list of staple grocery items.
- Sample Meal Plan (daily) based on calorie level
- Community form: connect with others in the challenge on my app and access to me for any questions.
- Resources: Tips and tricks on how to track your food and a video guide on MyFitnessPal.
- Track your progress: integrate your MyFitnessPal, step tracker app for seamless tracking. You can also track your body weight, set weight, reps, rest time, notes, and more.
- Home equipment needed: dumbbells & bands (bench is helpful but not required).
Once your payment is processed, you’ll be prompted to download my FITNIZ app and complete the macro questionnaire. Macros are calculated in the order questionnaires are received. After submitting the questionnaire, you’ll gain access to all the resources within the app to help you prepare before your program officially begins!
