Within 24 to 48 hours after your payment is confirmed, Paula Figueiredo, your personal trainer, will reach out to you via email or phone. This initial contact is essential to get your personalised training started.
đź“… Booking Your Evaluation Session:
During the first contact, Paula will guide you through your training plan and schedule a 30-minute online evaluation session. This session is important to tailor your program, understand your goals, and adjust the training to your needs and fitness level.
📲 Access to the App:
You will receive instructions on how to access the training app, where you can track your workouts, watch instructional videos, log your progress, and more. This app will be your main tool to follow and monitor your fitness journey over the 6-week program.

After the evaluation session and once your plan is set, you'll be ready to begin your online workouts! Keep an eye on the updates in the app and follow the guidelines to achieve the best results.

Paula Figueiredo
Paula Figueiredo Coach Paula Figueiredo created FIGFITNESS to help her clients achieve their fitness and health goals – regardless of where they currently sit in their fitness journey. Paula recognises that everyone is unique and everyone has individual goals; that’s why she tailors a training program and diet to suit the needs of her clients. Training can be tough and it’s not easy but when you train with FIGFITNESS there’s a strong focus on having fun while pushing your limits. Paula openly shares her knowledge so that you understand the logic behind the exercises and she has a keen eye to correct imperfect technique to minimise the chance of injury. Paula has been involved with the sports industry, coaching and playing Futsal for the past 10 years, and has been a personal trainer since 2015. In establishing FIGFITNESS, she combined her passion for sport and fitness to help others. Driven by a strong sense of ethics and morals, she enjoys helping her clients achieve their goals sensibly and safely – guiding them in the right direction and motivating them to push themselves over the next hurdle when it all seems too hard. In her spare time, she enjoys Capoeira, an Afro-Brazilian martial art that fuses music, dance and acrobatics. In 2019, she competed in Australian Spartan on Channel 7 with Team Capoeira. She also competes in weightlifting.
