I’ve launched me first ever Curl Fitness Challenge – which kicks off on 17th June! It’s a 28 day challenge to get you moving, to stay focused on your goals and keep your motivation levels high.
The Goal is to walk 360k steps in 28 days – 12k steps a day.
There will be prizes along the way including:
