Sponsorship - Alzheimer's Prevention Program

Provide the gift of Alzheimer's Prevention for a loved one in your life or sponsor an individual in the community who our team believes will benefit from the program but cannot afford the monthly fee. Sponsored members will be provided with the same exclusive access offered to members, including personalized online wellness coaching, monthly in-person sessions led by Dr. Hemang Shah, downloadable pamphlets outlining key dementia prevention topics, and carefully curated YouTube playlists created by Dr. Shah.

Just so you know, the EverFit app is optimized for use on mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets. It doesn't work on a computer or through a web browser.

Once you sign up for the program using the sponsor's email address, you will receive an email from EverFit. If you don't get an email, please check your spam folder first. You will need to download and activate your membership through EverFit on the participating person's smartphone using the sponsor's email address. Please ensure that you use the same email address and provide the participant's cell phone number during the sign-up process.

You are welcome to bring a loved one with you to our in-person group session. These sessions are held on the 4th Friday of each month, from 3:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., in Conference Room A, 2nd floor, Kernodle Clinic, Burlington, NC.

1234 Huffman Mill Rd, Burlington, NC 27215

You can cancel our program at any time. We cannot refund the money you have already paid.

Hemang Shah
Neurologist

Dr. Hemang Shah is a neurologist in Burlington, NC. Dr. Shah has been passionate about brain health from an early age. He remembers riding a bicycle to the public library to read brain books, during summer vacation in his school days. He received his MBBS degree from M.P.Shah Medical College, Gujarat, India. Dr. Shah taught medical students and worked as a hospitalist before migrating to America. He did stroke research at UNC Chapel Hill.  He did his Internal Medicine internship, Neurology residency, and Clinical Neurophysiology fellowship at the Medical College of Georgia, Augusta GA. Dr. Shah made some lifestyle changes to improve his brain health after seeing the devastating effects of neurodegenerative diseases on his loved ones. Alzheimer's Prevention Program is a humble attempt to extend his wealth of knowledge to others in a similar boat. He aims to empower the "Warriors" with the skills to improve their health span. Let's not just add years to our life, but life to our years.
