Recommended Prerequisites

This advanced training plan is designed for runners with some experience. To get the most out of it, we recommend the following prerequisites:

  • Mileage: Comfortably running 15 km/week
  • Experience: Previously completed a half-marathon distance
  • Strength: Solid strength training background and generally pain-free

We suggest having at least two out of these three criteria (e.g., Strength + Experience, even if current mileage is below 15 km/week).
