Ready to start running again after having a baby?
This isn’t just a random couch-to-5K plan—this is an evidence-based, expertly designed postpartum running program that prioritizes strength, impact tolerance, and progressive overload to get you back to running safely and confidently.
This 6-week program includes three progressive run workouts per week, designed to gradually build your endurance and impact tolerance, along with one strength training session per week to target key muscle groups for running strength and stability. The strength workouts include postpartum specific core and pelvic floor exercises with coaching, full body strength and mobility that progresses over the 6-weeks.
Whether you're starting from zero or easing back in after some time away, this well-rounded program will take you from not running at all to confidently running 5KM continuously—all while supporting your recovery and long-term running success.
Equipment needed for strength workouts:
- A set of light and/or medium dumbbells or kettlebells
- Bands (loop/booty band)
- Optional: pilates ball, bench
The program is delivered through a free app, with download instructions provided after purchase. You’ll have lifetime access, so you can start whenever you're ready or revisit it down the road. You’ll also have the option to message me directly through the app if you have any questions or need support along the way.
Note: Day 1 starts as soon as you download and activate the program, and the first workout is a strength session to kick things off.
