  • Schedule: 4-5 training days weekly, with strategic rest and recovery

  • Day 4: Lower Body Strength
  • Day 5: Easy Run + Circuit Training
  • Day 6: Long Run (Progressive Mileage)
  • Day 7: Rest or Active Recovery
