Intermediate 3 day total body 6 week plan

Raise you gains with this 6 week total body work out

A 6-week long, 3-day per week program aimed at improving general strength & muscle gain for clients with a moderate amount of training experience. Equipment assumes anything available in a typical large gym environment.

Reps for the main exercise progress every 2 weeks with a decrease for greater strength while all accessory work progresses every 2 weeks (8 > 10 > 12). Aim to increase weights used on the second week of the same reps/sets scheme.

Who am i

Ive been a sports coach since i was 16, building decades of experience in the field. After competing in various sports, an injury sidelined me, leading to weight gain and a decline in fitness. A pivotal moment came when i stepped on the scales and realized i needed a change. I dove into studying to become a personal trainer, transforming my body and mindset in the process. With this transformation came a passion for helping others achieve their best selves. Today i am a certified strength and conditioning coach, precision nutrition coach, and hold additional qualifications including Les Mills, and of course several sports coaching qualifications. My goal is to push my clients to their limits, ensuring they leave each session thinking " that was tough, but i loved it."
