- SMART goals agreed with Caroline & regular reminders on your weekly or daily tasks
- Share progress photos, body metrics, food journal photos
- Calorie intake & macros split calculated for you with suggested meal plans, recipes & ingredients lists
- Send questions and comments to Caroline any time via the app

PRO·FORMANCE is run by business director and lead practitioner, Caroline Collard, who is a qualified personal trainer, registered nutritionist & sports massage therapist. She specialises in improving performance, recovery & overall health, including weight-loss. Caroline is also qualified to lead and teach various qualifications within the health and fitness industry, providing courses, workshops, giving presentations and providing health education support to sports teams, athletic & local community groups, events and consultancy work for businesses.
