An 8 week, home based Weight loss Challenge - Lifestyle Habits, Food Inspiration, Exercise Plans

This is a Challenge with a difference! Most run off the formula of train more eat less and hopefully you'll lose weight, and to some degree they can work. From my experience though, only a small percentage of clients have satisfactory results while other struggle.


And that just isn't good enough!


Today's lifestyle is so fast paced we have lost the ability to stop and listen to ourselves. Trends these days last what, about two days? And to apply this type of lifestyle to one self is never going to end well.


So, here is a challenge to get you back to basics. Plus it will focus more on your habits than just exercise, so you can take what you learn with you after the 8 weeks.


To begin with is a short questionnaire to assess what in your lifestyle really needs attention. It's an easy questionnaire with your answers ranked from 1 (needs help big time) to 10 (everything is perfect) and from there we can get to work, remember, I'll always be with you in this challenge and the more interaction I get from you the better your results.


The workouts, whether at home or gym based can be modified it suit your level and availability. So if there is something you want to add or take out a quick message (through the app) will fix it pronto.


There is also over 100 meal ideas to inspire you, all are easy to make and have the relevant macro and calories attached. These meals are also based for family sized serves so everyone can enjoy the same meal as you.
