Upon payment you will receive two emails. The first email is a receipt confirming your purchase. The second email gives you instructions for account activation and app download.

Once you have created your account and downloaded the app you will have immediate access to your program!

You will receive a message from Big Tay inside the app immediately upon signing in for the first time prompting you to change your profile picture and introduce yourself to the other men inside our BIG community!

From there you will need to fill out and e-sign the documents on your "today" screen of the app. Once you have filled out and signed everything, Big Tay will get to work on uploading your custom calorie & macro goal as well as your workout program!

Please allow up to 24 hours for your plan to be uploaded (although it almost never takes more than about an hour depending on what time of day you sign up).
