Overview:

Welcome to No Excuse November, a 30-day challenge designed to help busy women and moms shed fat, tone up, and feel amazing—all in just 30 minutes a day using dumbbells only. This challenge is about building consistency, boosting confidence, and making no excuses! Get ready to work out live with me every Monday through Friday at 5:30 AM EDT , and let’s finish 2024 stronger than ever.


Program Features:

  • Daily 30-Minute Workouts: Efficient, low-impact, and effective workouts designed to burn fat and build lean muscle.
  • Live Workouts at 5:30 AM EDT: Join the community live on YouTube to stay motivated and engaged. LIVE workout will be in you video library for easy access
  • Exclusive Replay Access: Miss a session? Don’t worry! Replays are available only on the GetupNation app.
  • Rest on Weekends: Saturdays and Sundays are designated rest days to allow your body to recover.


Unique Themed Days:

  • Voting Day (Nov 5): Quick “Get It Done” workout.
  • Veterans Day (Nov 11): Bootcamp style workout
  • Birthday Celebration (Nov 26): A special 41-move workout to celebrate my 41st birthday!
  • Thanksgiving (Nov 28): Bodyweight-only workout before the feast.
  • Black Friday (Nov 29): Post-Thanksgiving burn to torch those extra calories.



Challenge Goals:

  • Fat Loss and Toning: Lose up to 10 lbs in 30 days with focused strength and cardio routines.
  • Build Consistency: Develop a sustainable fitness habit by showing up daily and committing to just 30 minutes.
  • Feel Stronger: Increase your strength, stamina, and confidence with fun, full-body workouts.
  • Accountability: Stay engaged with the community through check-ins, progress photos, and daily motivational posts.

What You’ll Need:

  • Dumbbells Only: You don’t need fancy equipment—just grab a pair of dumbbells and you’re ready to go!
  • Water Bottle & Towel: Stay hydrated and wipe off the sweat as we power through.
  • Positive Mindset: Commit to this challenge, show up for yourself, and be prepared to see results!

How to Join:

  • Livestream: Join me live at 5:30 AM YouTube.
  • Replay: Can’t make it live? All workouts will be available for replay exclusively on my app at www.getupwithnards.com/membership.

Rules:

  1. Show Up Every Day (Mon-Fri): No skipping—each workout is only 30 minutes. You’ve got this!
  2. Engage and Check In: Post your progress in the challenge group or on social media, and use the hashtag #NoExcuseNovember.
  3. Stay Hydrated and Eat Clean: Follow basic nutrition tips to maximize your results.
  4. Rest on Weekends: Take time to recover and recharge.

Quick Heads-Up: I know life can get busy (trust me, I get it—we’re moms!), so while I’ll be doing my absolute best to go live at 5:30 AM EDT every weekday, life happens! If I need to tweak the time, I’ll let you know ahead of time in our members area in app. But don’t worry—the workout will always be available for replay in the app if you miss it. So no excuses, right? 😉 Let’s roll with the punches and crush it together! 💪

As a mother of four, a disabled combat Army Veteran, and a former law enforcement officer, I bring a unique perspective and a wealth of personal and professional experience to my role as your dedicated fitness coach. With over 18 years of expertise in the field, I hold a Master's Degree in Exercise Science and am certified as a personal trainer and nutrition coach. ​ Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of working with diverse individuals, including athletes, soldiers, and civilians of all genders, guiding them through various training programs. These experiences have been instrumental in our collective growth and success. My ultimate aim is to inspire and provide unwavering support to others as they strive to achieve their fitness goals. Hours 6am - 2pm Mon.- Fri. 8am- 11am Saturdays
