Welcome to WØRK Like A Champion, the very first training programme by me (Coach Jonny), and the closest thing you can get to experiencing just how fighters physically prepare (without having to take a punch to the face).
Designed to help you level up your gym game, this 12/16 week, 4 phase programme will expose you to the same strength and conditioning methods I use with some of the very best fighters on the planet.
Each week comprises of three (full body) strength and conditioning sessions, along with an optional bonus conditioning workout.
The programme has been designed to work within most (if not all) gym settings, with multiple options provided for each movement.
The progressive nature of the programming means you will be improving week on week, in all aspects of your strength, endurance, recovery and power.
*Once purchased you will have 6 months to complete the programme on the app. But you can download PDF's of all sessions to keep and repeat.
