Step 1: Sign Up & Initial Assessment

Once you sign up, you'll complete a written and physical assessment to help me understand your current fitness level, movement patterns, goals, and lifestyle. This step ensures that your program is customized specifically for YOU.


Step 2: Assessment Review & Personalized Plan

After reviewing your assessment, I’ll analyze your strengths, areas for improvement, and the best approach for your fitness journey. I create a plan that is both effective and sustainable based on your schedule, preferences, and needs.


Step 3: Onboarding Call & Game Plan

Before diving into your full monthly program, we’ll have a 1:1 onboarding call where we go over your plan, expectations, and any adjustments needed to set you up for success. This call ensures you feel confident and ready to get started!


Step 4: Your Monthly Coaching Experience

With your customized plan in place, you’ll receive:

Tailored workouts designed for your fitness level and goals

Ongoing support & accountability to keep you on track

Form checks & progress tracking to ensure you’re moving safely and effectively

Adjustments as needed to keep you progressing
