On demand training programs at your fingertips
Your subscription will give you access to multiple training programs that you can select on-demand.
Workouts are structured intelligently and everything has a purpose: from reps and sets, to rest periods, RPE, and tempo. I give you every single tool you need -- all you have to do is show up!
Mesocycles are anywhere from 2-12 weeks depending on the stimuli we're after, so things won't get stale but you WILL make progress.
As your coach, I'm available in the group forum to answer any questions you may have.
I will continue to add new programs to select from.
