About the Training Program
This 12 week plan is designed with three key pillars:
- Adequate Volume: each muscle group is hit 2x/week and most are in the weekly set range of 10-20 sets/week.
- Adequate Rest/Recovery: while this is a 7 day split, you will never hit the same muscle group without 48 hours of rest in between.
- Antagonistic Supersets: the key to achieving the volume necessary in just a 60-90 minute workout.
