This challenge is PRIMARILY VIRTUAL. If you live in the area I will offer the option of adding on discounted in-home or in-studio sessions for those interested in having that in-person experience.

✅ Virtual Strategy Session – Kick off the challenge with a live strategy session to set clear, personalized goals and a game plan for success. This is where we get to know each other and establish a routine to best fit your workouts into your schedule.
✅ Weekly Newsletter – Stay inspired and informed with expert tips, motivation, and challenge updates delivered straight to your inbox.
✅ 3 Full-Body Workouts Per Week – Follow structured, results-driven workouts designed to build strength, boost endurance, and improve overall fitness. There will be in-home workout options available for those who do not attend a gym. These workouts will be assigned to you through my fitness app so you are guided with video and instructions along the way.
✅ Habit Tracking – Develop and maintain healthy routines with guided habit-tracking tools that keep you on course. We will establish habits that are unique to your lifestyle and goals.
✅ Weekly Weigh-In & Check-In – Monitor your progress, celebrate wins, and receive personalized feedback to keep moving forward. Each week you will fill out a form reflecting the past and planning how to be even better moving forward!
✅ Community Group Chat – Connect with like-minded challengers for daily motivation, accountability, and support. This will take place in a group forum within the app.
✅ Prizes – Stay committed and be rewarded! Earn points for participation, consistency, and progress, with exciting prizes for top achievers. This includes anything from supplements, equipment, merch, or even free one on one sessions!
