This membership option includes:
+ Initial intake goals (calorie, macro, etc.) along with a suggestion for which training program to follow within 72 hours of completion of the provided onboarding questionnaire.
+ Weekly in app check in with loom video responses.
+ Review of up to 2 form videos with check in each week.
+ DM access for support as needed.

The training programs are updated and added to regularly and you can start, pause and resume any program at any time.
In addition to the standard resistance training programs you will also have access to on demand mobility, core and travel training which can be completed at any time.
Each program is complete with form videos, exercise instructions, and recommended substitutions for different levels of experience and equipment access.
In addition to training program access you'll also have access to the StrongHer Training and Nutrition Resource collections, as well as the StrongHer Training Community and Form Review Forums where you can participate in monthly challenges, ask questions, share wins, and get all the support you need to successfully achieve your training and body comp goals!
It is recommended that AT MINIMUM you have access to:
+ Dumbbells (a variety of heavy and light)
+ Door anchored resistance bands
+ An adjustable bench
