Program Overview:
- 3x Weight Training Days: Each session is focused on building lean muscle and enhancing overall strength, targeting different muscle groups with progressive overload and functional movement patterns.
- 2x Runs: These runs incorporate a mix of pace work and endurance, improving your speed and stamina.
- 1x Compromised Running/Hyrox Session: This high-intensity workout mimics race conditions, blending strength exercises and cardio bursts for that unstoppable endurance and grit.
Important: This program is NOT for beginners. It’s intense, dynamic, and created for those with a solid fitness foundation who are ready to push themselves to the next level.
