I love to share the passion of being strong, feeling capable of moving well and being able to go places and have the life you deserve. I am a known lover of country. Being able to travel through it on foot km after km is something I don't take for granted, and as we age, It is a fim reminder we need to lift for muscular strength, bone density, balance and longevity. Movement is also medicine. To unwind our bodies from hours at a desk to move more freely, keep our mind and body connected and be confident in the way we move in our day to day lives as well as in our sports and phyiscal activities.
