- 3 Strength Workouts + Additional Conditioning Workout each week (ranging from 30-45 min)
- At-home & gym versions available (Depending on what equipment you have available will determine your plan. We will all be working together as a group though! Similar exercises for both plans)
- QUICK FIT (20-minute workouts you can do when you don't have much time)
- Unlimited Exercise Form Audits (Take advantage of these!!! They are SO helpful to make sure you're moving correctly and efficiently for growth)
- Free access to ALL CHALLENGES (Challenges are a great way to stay accountable through tough seasons, and give you small achievable goals to hit each week)
- Motivation and accountability (I'll be there with you DAILY within our CBSC Community)
- Additional Resources & Workshops (You'll have access to all our Fitness, Nutrition & Mindset Resources as well as any virtual workshops we may host)
- Ability to add on 1:1 Nutrition Coaching ($99 a month for 6 months)
