Mesocycle 1 is all about setting the stage for success. Over four weeks, you’ll focus on:

  • Form and Technique: Learn proper movement patterns to train effectively and safely.
  • Baseline Strength: Build a solid foundation with exercises based on 50-70% of your 1RM.
  • Muscular Endurance: Prepare your body for the higher intensity in the next two phases.

What’s Included in Mesocycle 1?

Your Mesocycle 1 package includes:

  • Tailored Workouts: Fully structured gym sessions, including warm-ups, cardio, and cooldowns. All weight values are generic and should be adjusted using your fitness test and 1RM results. Need help? Your Omni-Well coach can assist—just ask!
  • Omni-Well Community Forum: Connect with like-minded individuals, share progress, and find motivation.
  • Coach Messaging Access: If you’re unsure about any part of the program, reach out to your assigned Omni-Well coach for guidance.
  • Accountability Tools: Food journals, workout tracking, and regular check-ins to keep you on track.
