6 Weeks Program

This 6 week Program is designed to build muscle and shred fat. If you're looking to get lean and tone that belly area, this Challenge is for you! 


I'll need you to commit to 3-4 days a week of 20-40 minute workouts (there is a 5TH day of a 10 minute shredder that is optional). 


Beginners- you can adjust the program by decreasing your work time in the sets (and increasing your rest time), lifting lighter weights, choosing "alternate exercises" and doing 3 days of workouts instead of 4 or 5. 


Intermediate to advanced- you're working for longer, resting less, lifting heavier weights and on your mats 4-5 days a week. 


One thing to remember when you're looking to tone up and shred belly fat, is that nutrition is INCREDIBLY important. If you're going "All In" on this Challenge, be conscious of what you're eating to supplement your results. That said, if you're someone who is new to training, and struggling to get the training days in (let alone focus on the nutrition piece!), do this Challenge for the first time focusing on getting 3-4 workouts in a week. Then down the road, do it for a second time, where you do 4-5 workouts a week, plus add in the nutrition component (I.e. Don't overwhelm yourself with a whole bunch of changes all at once- which will lead you to giving up after two weeks). Implement small lifestyle changes one month at a time and then build on that. 


Equipment: 2X Dumbbells

(Optional: Kettlebell, box or bench).

Meet Stephanie, the Founder of Change Fitness. Steph is a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach, Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, and has a background in nutritional behaviour support. Steph's career has led her from the Australian Coast, to the East Coast waters of Canada, and back to the mountainous ranges of beautiful BC. Steph has worked in boutique personal training studios, boxing gyms and strength and conditioning studios, with her most recent endeavor being creating Change Fitness, where she continues to work in studio and virtually with clientele all around the world. Steph's expertise in coaching ranges anywhere from HIIT, Strength, Aerobic and Anaerobic Focused Training, Run Training, CrossFit workouts, Stretching, and mindfulness meditations. Steph take's a holistic approach when it comes to training her clients.
