8 Week Weight Loss Training for everyone of all experience levels, workouts all done at home!

At home workouts all guided by step by step instructions and exercise videos that includes your reps, weight, rest and sets so you don't have to think about it! Just do it!

Included with a 3 day a week cardio program, nutrition advice and weekly check ins and program adjustments from me!

All you need is strong self-motivation!

Make sure you have a safe clear space to workout, a yoga matt would be preferred. Water easily accessible. Weights are optional but can definitely enhance your workout experience (household items could be used as a replacement for dumbbells).
