This program integrates advanced exercises like barbell squats and deadlifts, employing varying rep range protocols to maximize your gains. The regimen is meticulously structured with two strength-focused days, two volume-intensive days, and two days dedicated to isolation exercises. Outcomes: Advanced lifters will see significant strength & fitness improvements, upper-body muscle growth, lower-body development, potential for reduced body fat, and continued development of expert-level exercise technique.

-You are highly competent with weight-training.

-You have mastered correct technique on most exercises.

-You are able to consistently engage your target muscles before contracting them.
-You understand that proper training cannot be rushed.

Ensure you have access to a well-equipped gym with:

While the Celestial Bodies program provides detailed instructional videos and notes for every exercise, it is essential to recognize that this material is not a substitute for receiving proper guidance in person from a certified trainer.
