LIFT & SHRED #2 (Advanced)
6 Week Program (Home or Gym)
Welcome to the Lift & Shred series, team!
The Lift & Shred #2 is a mixture of weight training and high intensity training sessions. If you have a goal to build lean muscle mass and burn fat while you do it, this program will put you on that road to success (Of course, you will also need to focus on all of your other pillars of health in order to achieve this (sleep, nutrition, mindfulness, healthy stress levels, etc). WHATT!?!? Ya, team... We take a holistic approach to health & Fitness! Why? Because it works!
Equipment: a medium and heavy set of dumbbells (but for those of you who have home gyms with barbells, plyo boxes, resistance bands, chin up bars, etc there are advanced alternative exercises as options for you).
KEY POINTS:
- You do NOT need to have completed the Lift & Shred #1 series to do this 6 week program.
- This program is built with intermediate to advanced trainees in mind (If you're a beginner, please see our sister program "LIFT & SHRED #2 (BEGINNER)" series.
STRUCTURE OF THE 6 WEEK PROGRAM:
⭐4 Days a Week of Workouts
⭐30-45 Min Workouts
⭐8 Day Rotation for 3 Rounds over 6 weeks (workouts are a mix of weight training, HIIT & a Players Choice Option). You will not be bored with this one!

Meet Stephanie, the Founder of Change Fitness. Steph is a Strength and Conditioning Coach, Pregnancy & Postpartum Athleticism Coach, Certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor, and has a background in nutritional behaviour support. Steph's career has led her from the Australian Coast, to the East Coast waters of Canada, and back to the mountainous ranges of beautiful BC. Steph has worked in boutique personal training studios, boxing gyms and strength and conditioning studios, with her most recent endeavor being creating Change Fitness, where she continues to work in studio and virtually with clientele all around the world. Steph's expertise in coaching ranges anywhere from HIIT, Strength, Aerobic and Anaerobic Focused Training, Run Training, CrossFit workouts, Stretching, and mindfulness meditations. Steph take's a holistic approach when it comes to training her clients. She educates clients on the supporting pillars of optimal training: movement, nutrition, sleep, recovery, gut health, hormone homeostasis, injury prevention and a healthy mindset.
