HI, I’M HALEIGH. And just like you, I’ve felt frustrated by apps that don’t deliver. I’ve sneakily looked around gyms to see what others are doing, or saved swipe workouts and tried to copy it. I spent YEARS working towards results and getting nowhere...and then I took matters into my own hands. I set out to learn from the best in the industry so I could not only get the results I so desperately wanted but could help others get them too. I am certified by the National Academy of Sports Medicine in personal training and nutrition coaching. I have done continuing education through N1 Education in biomechanics, progressive overload, and programming as well as behavior and mindset work with the Health and Mindset Coaching Certification. By learning from the best in the industry, I have been able to get clients the results they desperately worked towards while teaching them HOW and WHY. Max Out is my way of bridging the gap between low ticket offers and ACTUAL coaching. It’s truthfully the best of both worlds - high ticket coaching at an affordable price.
