Minakshi is a fitness and nutrition Coach for immigrant women. She is an NASM Certified Personal Trainer, Precision Nutrition certified Nutrition Coach and a Girls Gone Strong Pre and Post Natal Certified Coach. Her goal is help women shift their mindsets from obsession over the scale to strength, confidence and long term health through her coaching programs and her company Regular Fit
