8 week Bootcamp
Push your limits to kick start your fitness
This 8-week program consists of 2 different workouts per week on a 2-week alternating schedule (Week 1A, Week 1B, Week 2A, Week 2B, etc). It is designed for intermediate levels but can be easily adjusted up or down by progressing/regressing movements and increasing or decreasing volume.
A full array of equipment is used.

Ive been a sports coach since i was 16, building decades of experience in the field. After competing in various sports, an injury sidelined me, leading to weight gain and a decline in fitness. A pivotal moment came when i stepped on the scales and realized i needed a change. I dove into studying to become a personal trainer, transforming my body and mindset in the process. With this transformation came a passion for helping others achieve their best selves. Today i am a certified strength and conditioning coach, precision nutrition coach, and hold additional qualifications including Les Mills, and of course several sports coaching qualifications. My goal is to push my clients to their limits, ensuring they leave each session thinking " that was tough, but i loved it."
