Stronger with K.Porter is a goal oriented program designed to help you improve your fitness. Whether your goal is to gain muscle, lose fat or increase your overall strength, this program is ideal for helping you reach your goals and increase your fitness level. With this program you'll learn how to effectively perform functional movements, how to safely progress weights and movements, and develop overall strength all while building your dream body. You'll receive 3-5 weekly customized programs, designed according to your current fitness level but aimed to help you reach new levels. Workouts and demonstration videos will be included to perform during your own time every week. Weekly check-ins will be scheduled with your coach (as needed) to discuss programs, nutrition, and progressions. In addition to weekly check ins you'll have the ability to message your coach with questions, concerns, and/or comments at any time. 1:1 virtual sessions are optional but will be scheduled according to availability. K.porter is a certified personal trainer as well as a strength and conditioning coach, dedicated to helping women become their best/fit selves. She has over 2 years of experience at Equinox gym in NYC, training and helping clients of different fitness levels reach their fitness goals. Her goal is to educate women on the importance of strength training for overall health, help them become more comfortable in their bodies, and help turn their fitness journey into a lifestyle.
