The CPT App provides a complete Strength and Conditioning program for you to follow and stay on track year round. Novice or seasoned, this app will keep you progressing.

*We are different than any other workout program out there due to the simple fact that all workouts are written with the entire body in mind.


*We intentionally and methodically mix up the training to ensure your body never hits a plateau and is always progressing. 


*This program is a body recomposition dominant program. We are focused on building muscle and leaning out.


*This is NOT CrossFit! We will touch on a few movements that CrossFit also performs, but we build the body and joints, not break it.


*Form and execution is the top priority. With detailed workout videos for every movement written, you will know exactly how to perform each movement or modification prescribed.

My name is Kadi Rae Carr, and I am the proud owner and creator of Carr Performance Training. Throughout my life, I have been deeply involved in sports. However, an unfortunate shoulder injury forced me to step back from the game I loved. During this challenging time, I discovered the power and benefits of training. Not only did it aid in my physical recovery, but it also became a source of solace and strength for me during my darkest days. I knew then that I wanted to help others experience the positive impact that training can have on their lives. That’s why I created Carr Performance Training. I wanted to make sure that everyone, regardless of their skill level or background, could be a part of this incredible community. I have a simple, straightforward and convenient approach to training.
