4-Week Total Body Work - Beginners Level

Welcome to our 4- week beginners full body sculpting program! This workout plan will improve your fitness and figure the right way!

This program is design to introduce you to the world of fitness to help you build a solid foundation. Keep in mind, in order to see any results you must stay consistent!

  • Please complete The Questionnaire before continuing with the packages
  • Once package has been fulfilled, and pictures has been obtained, please allow 48-72hr for your personalized workout.

Week 1-2: Foundation and Form

During the first two weeks, you'll learn the fundamentals of exercise. Well cover basic bodyweight movements like squats, push-ups, and planks. Emphasis will be placed on proper form to ensure safety and effectiveness.


Week 3-4: Strength and Progression

As you gain confidence, well gradually introduce resistance training using light dumbbells or resistance bands. You'll engage in full-body workouts that target major muscles groups, helping to improve overall strength and endurance.


By the end of the 4 weeks, you'll notice improved stamina, better posture, and increased confidence in your ability to maintain active lifestyle. This beginner's transformation program is your stepping stone towards a stronger, healthier YOU. Let's begin this exciting journey together.

Hey yall Heyyyy!!! A little about me, I'm a devoted Mother, caring Sister, a loving Daughter and loyal Friend. My journey with fitness began with watching my Mother HIT IT to Denise Austin's in-home workouts, igniting the gem within me. I went ahead and to further along my passion by dedicating myself to track and field from 8th grade to 11th. Today, I am a mother of a teenager that is also dedicating his workouts to track and field and I am excited about his future. Being a mother, really brings the grind and love into my life. In 2017, my path took an uexpected left turn when I received a diagnosis of pre-diabetes. However, I refused to let it define me. With determination and visit to Sacred Rootz, I reversed this condition, proving that health can indeed be reclaimed. Health matters deeply to me, not just because of my own journey but due to the history of breast cancer that is in my family history. This experience has taught me to value my well-being both internally and externally, and it fuels my commitment to health. My heart is passionate of assisting others in their quest to reintroduce themesleves throught fitness. Whether it's shedding pounds, building strength, maintaining a healthy weight, or seeking mental clarity through exercise, I am your HYPE GIRL!!! I am here, not just to guide you but to push you towards achieving your goals and celebrating each milestone along the way. SO LETS GET IT!!!!
