The Champion Method

The Champion Method was designed for former athletes in mind, but is effective for everyone. The routine of an athlete involves structured game and practice schedules, individual coaching from your coach within a team atmosphere, the competition of winning and improving, and the community of your teammates and support for one another.

Structure in Your Routine

Your workouts are scheduled into your daily calendar, so all you have to do is press play. There are 5 days per week of workouts, roughly 25-40 min each in length. You can rearrange your workout calendar to compliment your work schedule and/or lifestyle. This workout programming is designed for individuals to build muscle and burn fat over time. This is NOT a quick fix style program. TCM is designed for you to build habits, leaving you more likely to stick with a healthy routine.

  • Weekly App workouts rotating between Lower Body, Upper Body, Cross Training, and Cardio
  • Weekly Live Zoom class on Tuesday evenings, recorded and uploaded on the app on demand section


Accountability for Success

This program is designed for accountability. 1:1 chats with your coach will give personalized insight on your journey, as well as engaging with other team members brings healthy competition and support. The goal for this lifestyle? To keep showing up. That is something a gym membership can not give you.

  • Chat with Coach Ashlee 1:1 on the app about how to tailor your programming or accountability to set you up for success, as well as form tips and coaching questions
  • Stay engaged in our community page on the app, where teammates and Ashlee will share food recipes, mindset tips, stories, and more.
  • Feel the competitive edge by checking in on the group leaderboard, designed for accountability. The leaderboard tracks workouts completed on a monthly basis.


Track Your Progress

The APFit app will store all of your information in one place, so you can keep track of your progress. Start by logging your body metrics such as measurements and weight. When completing workouts, log the weight you lifted and keep track of the history of your progress and how much you have improved in strength. Most importantly, upload progress photos. The app will store your photos with dates attached so you can see how your body has changed. With this type of programming, your progress will come slowly. You may not see many physical changes especially changes to the scale. Progress photos will show the difference over time.

The app holds additional resources that will be helpful on your fitness journey, that only exclusive TCM members have access to. These resources include:

  • Mindset tools such as journal prompts, and educational info attached in the on demand library
  • Nutrition tools in the on demand library: how to track macros, how to intuitive eat, food lists and more
  • Workout library: in addition to the recorded zoom classes, TCM members will have access to stretching videos, app workouts, "The Mini Series" (short workouts to do on vacation or when you're in a time crunch), and more
