When I was 15 I took strength training class for PE. There was one other girl in my class, Valerie. We parrtnered for everything and pushed as hard as the boys in the class. I instantly loved the to push and feel strong. Mr. Bean, my teacher gave me a challenge...do 10 pull-ups for a milk shake. I didnt get the 10 pull-ups back then but I never stopped. EVER! Strength, fitness, bodybuilding, power lifting, CrossFit, 5k's,10k's, 1/2 marathons marathons, and Adventure Sprints...I've done it all. Here I am at 51 and not much has changed in the way of my personal fitness life. Why ? Because feelling fit and healthy and strong FEELS GOOD! Mentally and physically. I am hereto help YOU feel good ( or even better depending on where you are in your fitness journy) physically and mentally. With over 30 years of training experience, a bachelor's degree in Exercise and Sports Science I have the tools to help you make the most of your time and effort as you maneuver through you strength and fitness journey.
