I keep my 1:1 roster extremely small (80% smaller than the industry standard), so spots open rarely and fill quickly.


I only work with a select few clients for a reason: because I WANT to be able to give you the 1:1 attention you need and deserve. High quality coaching is the MOST important thing to me and truthfully I couldn't give 50+ clients that level of time and attention...and still be able to sleep and eat LOL.

HI, I’M HALEIGH. And just like you, I’ve felt frustrated by apps that don’t deliver. I’ve sneakily looked around gyms to see what others are doing, or saved swipe workouts and tried to copy it. I spent YEARS working towards results and getting nowhere...and then I took matters into my own hands.
