3 DAY SPLIT PROGRAM DETAILS:

  • Gym + Home Training Options - you can choose to do at home, gym, or do a mix of both!
  • 3 Day Training Split - upper body day, lower body day, full body day
  • Progressive Strength and Hypertrophy Programming - detail orientated programming, everything is laid out for you from warm ups to # of reps, sets, tempo, RIR, rest periods, form cues + demo videos and alternative exercise substitutes so you always know what you're doing.
  • Coaching Support + Unlimited Lifting Form Checks - to ask questions and get a second pair of eyes on your lifting form so you feel confident with your set ups and execution for all the exercises 
  • On Demand Resources - library of metcons, zone 2 and HIIT cardio, mobility flows and travel workouts for on the go


EQUIPMENT NEEDED:

  • Gym - A fully equip gym with machines will more than likely have everything you need, if your gym doesn't happen to have the piece of equipment, there will be substitutes listed within the workouts. 
  • Home - Adjustable bench, variety of sets dumbbells (~5-50lbs) or adjustable dumbbells, a barbell, squat rack or half rack stands and bumper plates.

*It is possible to do the at home program with just dumbbells, an adjustable bench and a suspension trainer, there will be substitutes listed within the workouts.
