Hi! I am Michele Pulaski, I have been practicing pilates for 30 years, teaching for 18 and owning a studio for 11! A number of my clients travel for short and extended periods of time. I wanted to be able to provide easy accessabable options for them to continue to workout with me. I love challenging my clients with different flows that focus on the foundation of pilates. My classes are never the same so I decided to start documenting my work. Form is important and what I teach you in class is an extention of what your body should be doing throughout life. My goal is to help prevent injury, to help over come injury, and to allow you to sustain a healthy active lifestyle. I hope you enjoy the workouts and please let me know if I can help you in any way!
