Training for the busy active person who needs to be well rounded and athletic.

Perseus is for the busy parent or professional who is already pretty fit and wants to follow a well rounded program that will keep them fit, healthy, and athletic for the foreseeable future. Each session will average about 60-75 minutes and follow minimal effective dosing to make sure you can stay active outside of the gym too! Several cycles across a roughly 12 month span will develop all physical performance traits, build robustness, and help improve your athleticism.

RK Barker
Get to know me!

RK was an athlete across multiple sports growing up and has always had a passion for training. RK obtained his Bachelor's of Science in Kinesiology from West Point and acheived his Master's in Exercise Science while serving in the Army. RK has worked in private performance facilities, physical therapy clinics, professional sport, and military contracting. RK holds his CSCS from the NSCA and enjoys being active while also engaging in nerdy pursuits like reading fantasy novels, readying about various eras and events in history, and cooking.
