Ancient Cities (Level 9 - Elite)
4 week program @ 6 days per week | 24 workouts
Conquer the ancient world with Ancient Cities, the ultimate challenge only available to the most conditioned elite lifters. This 4-week program, with six demanding days per week, builds upon the formidable 'Celestial Bodies' regimen by escalating the volume, intensity, and complexity to new heights. Dive into the mysteries of ancient civilizations while pushing through advanced workouts featuring extra sets and exercises. It's not just a workout; it's a journey through time, designed for those who dare to push beyond their limits.
Duration: 4 weeks
Weekly Routine: 6 workouts per week, locked in order.
Workout Split: Strength 1, Strength 2, Iso-1, Volume 1, Volume 2, Iso-2
Outcomes: Elite lifters will see further strength & fitness improvements, upper-body muscle growth, lower-body development, potential for reduced body fat, and continued development of expert-level exercise technique.
Is this for me?
-You have successfully completed the Celestial Bodies training program at least TWICE
-You are highly competent with weight-training.
-You're eager to commit to a RIGID 6-day training split.
-You have mastered correct technique on all exercises.
-You LOVE barbell squats and barbell deadlifts.
-You are able to consistently engage your target muscles before contracting them.
-You understand that proper training cannot be rushed.
What equipment will I need?
Ensure you have access to a well-equipped gym with:
-Barbells

-Cables
-Sufficient floor space

This program DOES NOT cost $5000. To qualify for the Ancient Cities training program you must first successfully complete the Celestial Bodies program TWICE (at a minimum!). Discuss with Skye directly once you have met the qualification criteria, and you will be granted access for $85.
