3 month MTB Enduro Race Strength Training Program

This 12-week online mountain biking strength program is meticulously tailored for those gearing up for enduro races. Whether you're a seasoned rider or a beginner, Coach Tina’s expertly designed program caters to all levels of fitness. From dynamic leg exercises to core-stabilizing routines, this program covers every aspect crucial for conquering the mountain with confidence and crushing the field at the race!


Each month includes 4 workouts per week, specifically crafted and progressed to enhance your strength, power, and endurance..


You will need a few sizes of dumbbells, resistance bands, mini bands, exercise ball, a plyo box, cooler or step. Each workout should take you 45-60 minutes to complete. 

Meet the coach
Tina Meinhardt
PT, DPT

Tina is a licensed physical therapist with previous background as a personal trainer and sports performance coach (since 2002) prior to receiving her Doctorate of Physical Therapy degree in 2015 from Mount St. Mary's University in Los Angeles. She has trained clients from all ages and fitness backgrounds and is available by appointment. She recently received the CrossFit Level 1 Trainer certificate in October 2023, which she uses to help create effective strength and conditioning programs for her clients, to not only excel in their sport but in daily life.
