Throughout the 6 weeks receive 5 weekly workouts to incorporate into your busy schedule.


The routines have been designed to simulate the movement patterns of riding as well as improve posture and balance in the saddle.


This is a pre season program so the types of exercises will be functional and low impact combined with a weekly cardio session.


Each workout will be between 20-30 minutes and will be accompanied by a mobility routine and some post workout stretches.


The program suits all levels and abilities as most of the exercises are adaptable to accommodate everyone.


Simply login to the app and work through the workouts each week. You will have the flexibility of moving your workouts around to fit in with your schedule and daily energy levels.


Riders can also monitor their progression through check ins, in-App messaging to India herself, goal setting and the group FORUM.

Some of the workouts will require Glute bands, small weights and some long resistance bands. However, each workout can be completed using just your own body weight
